Rose Napoléon is the founder of Abundance Bureau and the lead facilitator behind our marketing workshops. With over 8 years of experience supporting entrepreneurs and organizations across Canada, she brings a rare combination of real-world marketing expertise and a genuine understanding of what non-traditional founders face.

Her background spans social media strategy, content creation, digital marketing, and agency work. Today, she designs and delivers workshops that help participants move from confusion to clarity, and from ideas to action.

Rose works directly with program coordinators to tailor each workshop to the specific needs of their participants. Whether your cohort is just getting started or ready to scale their visibility, she builds sessions that meet them where they are.
