Hi, I’m Rose Napoléon.
I’m the founder of Abundance Bureau. On paper, I’m a marketing consultant, but I do more than that. I help non-traditional business owners, the misfits, and the people who never quite fit the corporate mold turn what they do into a business that actually works.
Not just creatively, but strategically.
I support people who are great at their craft but were never taught how to think like entrepreneurs. How to position their work. How to make decisions. How to communicate value. How to negotiate. How to sell without losing themselves in the process.
My approach blends business strategy, marketing, digital communication, and visual content creation. I help you organize your thinking, clarify your message, and translate your expertise into something people understand, trust, and choose.
I started my entrepreneurial journey in 2017. Since then, I’ve worked across brand development, strategic guidance, and content creation. Over time, I’ve developed a way of working that is human, practical, and results oriented. I guide you step by step so growth feels clearer, more grounded, and more sustainable, without the constant overwhelm.
